And at the same time, a magical place that we are here to co-create with warmth, laughter and inner music, dancing around. We are here to share our gifts to grow, heal and especially celebrate life at it's truest colors. 

Because life is not meant to be hard. It gets to be soft, joyful, and filled with trust.
Everything is already here. Everything is already okay. We just have to slow down and arrive. 

And I can feel deeply that we are entering a new way of living. A way that is guided by trust and devotion. As friends, as family, as one. Because god is not separate from us. God lives within us, as us, through us. In this remembrance, healing becomes natural. Life becomes lighter. We begin to move with life instead of against it.

I am here to hold spaces for this shift. Spaces where people reconnect to their energy, their truth, their essence. Spaces where the body awakens, where the heart opens, and where a deeper intelligence begins to guide life. Lightful You is so much more than a healing space for me. It is a home, a come back and breath through. 
 

I am grateful for what is, and I am open to what is coming.
I trust that life is unfolding exactly as it is meant to.
