Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the Mentoring LightfulYou Online Mentoring is a holistic, multidimensional support container. It combines coaching, trauma-sensitive guidance, energy work, and spiritual insight. All sessions are tailored to your individual needs, intentions, and capacity. My work does not replace therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical care. It serves as a complementary, educational, and empowering experience for personal growth. 2. Responsibility & Self-Leadership By booking a mentoring session, you agree to show up in self-responsibility, honesty, and openness. You remain the creator of your own life. My role is to guide, mirror, and support you, not to make decisions for you or guarantee outcomes. Your wellbeing, emotional safety, and integration are your responsibility between sessions. 3. Trauma-Informed Space The mentoring is designed to be sensitive to trauma, the nervous system, and emotional capacity. However, it is not a substitute for long-term trauma therapy. If more professional support is needed, I may recommend therapy, medical care, or specialized practitioners. 4. Energy Work & Spiritual Modalities Energy practices may include Kundalini Activation, Light Language, Akashic Records, Angelic Realms, and embodiment-based work. You understand that results vary, that energetic experiences cannot be predicted, and that you may experience emotional or somatic releases. You agree to practice grounding, self-care, and integration after each session. 5. Confidentiality Everything shared in our sessions is held in full confidentiality. Your story, emotions, and personal information will never be shared with third parties unless required by law or explicit written consent is given. 6. Booking & Cancellations Mentoring sessions must be booked in advance and paid prior to the session. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice can be rescheduled once. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours notice cannot be refunded. Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise discussed. 7. Refund Policy All mentoring purchases, packages, and programs are non-refundable, as spaces are limited and energetic preparation begins upon booking. In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be possible at my discretion. 8. Communication Between Sessions You may contact me between sessions for short check-ins or clarifications. Extended coaching via text/voice note is not included unless stated in your package.
