WHAT IS AN INNER LIGHT ACTIVATION & EMBODIMENT JOURNEY?
A space to soften the mind, enter the body & allow your own Inner Light to move through you
1. Lie Down & Receive
You close your eyes, relax your body, breathe and allow yourself to be guided. There is nothing you need to achieve, perform or understand. This Journey is not to be understood with the mind, but experiences through your body, heart & soul.
2. Enter An Altered State
Frequencies, Sound and energetic guidance invite you into a deeply relaxed, dream-like state between waking and sleeping - while remaining conscious. We also call this the dream-wake state, where miracles happen.
3. Let The Body Lead
Your body may respond through tingling, warmth, energetic releases and alignments, spontaneous movement, stillness, breath, sound, a healing nap or surfacing emotions and Past / Future memories.
4. Release & Open
Emotions, memories, images or insights can naturally arise. Nothing is forced — you meet only what is present and ready to be felt / seen. The wisdom of your body & soul protect you at all times in the spaces I open and hold.

Beyond the thinking mind, you are invited into deeper connection with your intuition, inner knowing and the light already within you. It's a humble & beautiful Journey back to who you have always been.

Activation works with the energetic and subtle body — creating space for movement, awareness, expression and new inner experiences. Your learn to trust the ancient wisdom stored within your cells & DNA.
7. Embodiment Integrates
Through breath, movement, sound, stillness and somatic awareness, what has opened energetically is invited to land within your body and life. Embodiment it the Key of my work - as awakening happens within you, not outside of you.
8. Remain Sovereign
You are conscious and in choice throughout the entire journey. You can move, pause, rest or open your eyes at any time. Nothing is forced. The more you surrender to yourself and the divine light within, the deeper your journey will be.
