Spiritual Path
For me, spirituality means coming home to truth - to the pure consciousness that lives within all of us.
From that connection arises a state of deep unity, peace, and unconditional love.
My outer world is a reflection of my inner landscape - a living mirror of love, gratitude, beauty, femininity, and connection.
My conscious inner journey began when I was twelve.
Back then, my world was shaped by fear and loneliness - sleepless nights, self-doubt, and the quiet ache of feeling misunderstood. I felt lost, surrounded by darkness and uncertainty.
Then, a gentle bringer of light appeared ... illuminating my path and planting starlit seeds of love within my heart.
Soon after, I attended my first angel seminar, and something in me knew:
This is the beginning of a sacred journey - the journey home to myself.
Years later, during my travels through Thailand, I encountered Buddhist philosophy in its purest form.
The Four Noble Truths, the teachings of karma, and the exploration of the mind touched something ancient within me:
a remembrance that continues to guide me to this day.
In 2016, yoga entered my life as a living prayer: A practice that invites mindfulness, contentment, confidence, and self-love into every breath. Wanting to share its transformative power with others, I began my 500-hour yoga teacher training in 2018, which eventually expanded to over 700 hours of study and devotion.
And the deeper I go, the more I realize - the less I truly know.
In 2019, I immersed myself in Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), learning to honor the Five Elements as sacred reflections of life itself. We are part of nature - and nature is part of us.
Then came 2022 - The Year of Remembering. My soul spoke clearly: Now is the time.
I remembered why I came here: To walk this Earth as a vessel of light, to serve, to love, to awaken.
As a Mystic, I finally allowed myself to fully be: To root and rise in my truth.
In 2025, my path deepened once more. I began my journey through the Akashic Records, expanded my practice of energy healing, and stepped fully into my role as a trainer, guide and initiator for Kundalini Activation Facilitators, guiding other souls to awaken their remembrance and embody their divine essence.
May we grow, shine, and heal together.
May we remember that we are the light, the love, and the truth we’ve been seeking.
And so it is. Namsté. Aho. Amen.
Holistic Healing & Embodiment
For me, health is not only the absence of illness: It is the harmony of body, mind, and soul, expressed through presence, connection, and vitality. True healing unfolds when we remember ourselves as whole beings: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual - all facets of one living consciousness.
Bridging science and spirituality, my work unites evidence-based approaches such as Applied Health Sciences, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with the Chakra System, Energy Healing, Non-dual Consciousness and Embodiment Practices.
These pathways do not contradict one another, they complement and illuminate each other.
Where modern psychology maps the nervous system, ancient wisdom speaks of energy flow, both describe the same truth in different languages.
Through this integration, we begin to understand that healing is remembrance - the gentle return to our natural state of coherence, where every cell, thought, and emotion moves in harmony with life itself.
When we feel safe in our bodies and anchored in our hearts, transformation becomes not something we do, but something we allow.
We are not fragmented beings trying to fix ourselves -
we are wholeness remembering itself.
