To realize that I am more than my body, my clothes, my Instagram, or whatever I identified with in my past, is the greatest gift I could have ever given myself.

I wholeheartedly wish that you can take something for yourself and, full of inspiration, will walk your path to your true self, to the person you want to be, to your authentic and genuine version of yourself. You are a gift and you are unique.

Visualization Meditation

Practice the five-minute visualization meditation daily right after waking up or before falling asleep.
During this time, our brain is in a state of alpha brainwaves, making it easier for you to instill new, light-filled, and positive beliefs into your subconscious.
