Private Yoga Sessions
Yoga means unity. In this way, body and mind are also a unity that is brought back into harmony through yoga. Economic and technological progress make everyday life increasingly fast-paced, which is why it is essential to take time for yourself, to slow down, and to integrate mindfulness, self-love, and conscious awareness into your daily life through yoga and meditation. Traditionally, yoga was taught personally in a dialogue between teacher and student. Private lessons are therefore a return to this original form of yoga teaching.
How you benefit from private lessons:
Are you a yoga beginner, intermediate, or advanced? Do you want to work on your strength and willpower today, or would you prefer to end the day with relaxation and deep inner peace? Do you have back problems, are pregnant, have children, or other needs I should take into account?
My yoga classes are tailored to your individual needs.
The offering is also available in combination with meditation or as a pure meditation course.

Appointment Request & Booking
Every private session is individual: In a free initial consultation, I clarify with you what you want to focus on (this can, of course, vary weekly), and together we develop a yoga program tailored specifically to you.
This can include all aspects of yoga: meditation, postures, breathing, relaxation techniques, and yoga philosophy. I also like to incorporate gratitude and forgiveness techniques into my sessions — maybe that’s something for you too?

Yoga Prevention courses
How do the prevention courses work?
2x / year you have the opportunity to have a prevention course (including a certified yoga course) subsidized by your company health insurance under §20 Prevention Act.
The health insurance covers between 60% - 100% of the course costs.
My Hatha Yoga prevention courses last 8 weeks and each session is 60 min.
Out of the 8 sessions, you must attend at least 7 appointments to receive a certificate for your health insurance. After completing the course, you will receive confirmation, which you can then submit to your health insurance to receive a prompt reimbursement of the course fees.
The certified yoga course is structured as follows
Opening relaxation, pranayama, meditation, asanas, and final relaxation.
The focus is on the asanas, in connection with the breath. Course objectives:
Strengthening mental health resources (especially stress management, actively triggering the relaxation response, self-care, mindfulness, improved body awareness)
Learning and correctly performing yoga asanas
Strengthening psychosocial health resources (self-confidence, interaction, adjustment of perceived stress levels)
Building health competence
Health management and stress management

Yoga Prevention Courses For Children
How do the prevention courses for children work?
2 times a year, you have the opportunity to have a prevention course (including a certified yoga course) subsidized by your company health insurance for your child aged 6 to 12 according to §20 of the Prevention Act. The health insurance covers between 80% and 100% of the course costs.
My children's yoga prevention courses last 8 weeks and each session is 60 minutes long. Of the 8 sessions, your child must attend at least 7. be present at 7 appointments & a parent must attend two of the 8 appointments to receive a certificate for your health insurance. I prefer to choose the first and the last appointment for the parent-child sessions. After completing the course, you will receive a confirmation, which you then submit to your health insurance to promptly get reimbursed for the course costs.
The certified children's yoga course is structured as follows.
In children's yoga, children's body and sensory perceptions are improved, fears and aggressions are reduced, and self-esteem and concentration are increased.
The little yogis and yoginis playfully develop a flexible and healthy body. In addition, their imagination and visualization skills are lovingly nurtured. Children's yoga is creative, fun, and full of activity. The sessions also include child-friendly relaxation and breathing exercises as well as individual learning components. Structure:
Child-friendly initial relaxation, games, breathing exercises, meditation, asanas, mindfulness exercises, and final relaxation. The focus is on the asanas, in connection with the breath. Goals of the course:
