The units include elements from Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga of the Heart, Yin Yoga as well as meditation and self-care tools.
Each unit is individual and created with love and receptive content.
Leonie will guide you through your self-care session with gentle and empowering affirmations. Through the combination of breath and movement, you'll experience a sense of flow and inner peace during the sessions.
Recordings of the Sessions
If you are unable to attend a session live or would like to practice it again, you can access the recordings at any time.

As a LightfulSelfcare Soul you have the opportunity to join our private WhatsApp group.
You'll receive the link with your first booking. In the group, we'll exchange ideas to support one another and share enlightening messages.
Structure
The self-care sessions take place via Zoom. Participants have access to recordings of the registered sessions at any time.
