As a Mentor & Coach, I fundamentally believe that you carry many answers to your questions within yourself, and my role is to help you access them. I am not a "advisor," but rather a "loving support" in achieving your individual goals.

My holistic LightfulYou Mentoring is a deep impulse coaching method. Impulse coaching means that after clarifying our objectives in our first session, we immediately focus on answering your questions and solving your challenges, incorporating your biography and the voice of your soul/your radiant self.

We work with classic coaching methods and, where appropriate, with elements from IFS (Internal Family Systems), Kundalini Energy, Theta Healing®️, Lightwork, Oraclecard work, and Holistic Health Promotion.

Since not everything can be addressed or answered within pure coaching, I occasionally switch to the advisory level - after prior agreement with you. I do this especially when it comes to psychological topics, as well as providing you with insights and recommendations for your further path.

(Our coaching will be tailored to your needs as necessary).
